Andrew “Chet” Morse is a funk guitarist and leader of the band, WetFX, playing music that can be described as a combination of Classic R&B with hints of Smooth Jazz. Influenced by pop, soul, and funk hits, WetFX brings upbeat energy and solid slow classic romantic ballads guaranteed to bring back some of your memories while you’re making new ones.

Psychedelically delicious special effects will whet your appetite to hear more of WetFX. “We love to get people up on the dance floor and love to bring them closer together with our music,” says Chet. And Chet along with WetFX doesn’t disappoint. As an Ohio native, Chet is more than familiar with the importance of rhythm. Having begun his musical career as a percussionist/drummer playing the Ohio nightclub circuit. Influenced by Otis Redding, the Bar-Kays, Chet continues to honor the legacy of live performance. Chet is heavily influenced directly by Jimi Hendrix, The Ohio Players, Ernie Isley, Paul Jackson, Jr., and Al McKay. He grew up listening to everyone from Miles Davis to Sly Stone and Larry Graham, which furthered his desire to pursue music as a new venture. Chet has had an exciting path and is a U.S. Army Veteran, and retired IT professional. Chet is an alum of the Musicians Institute College of Contemporary Music and holds Certificates from the Guitar Institute of Technology (GIT) and the Independent Artist Program (IAP).
